Kutztown Rugby

The pre-season rankings for the Collegiate Premier League (CPL) have been announced by the Internet magazine, American Rugby News. The CPL has thirty two members, divided into four conferences, with eight teams in each conference. The conferences are the East, the South, the West and the Pacific.  The conference members are :
